We've worked hard to make Velo Trading as user-friendly as possible! But answers to a few FAQs may be helpful:

Using a VPN for trading without slowing down data requests

If you're interested in sending requests to Bybit through a VPN but routing Velo-specific requests normally, you may be able to configure an exclusion for our domain name only.

NordVPN's Chrome extension is an easy solution: Settings -> Connection -> Split tunneling -> Add domains -> Add velodata.app (include subdomains).

Adding multiple accounts, toggling sounds / notifs / chart markers / privacy mode

Click the settings gear next to your balances at the top of the trading sidebar.

Prices on buy / sell buttons

When you see a price on the buy or sell buttons, that is the expected average execution price taking into account book depth and your order size.

Setting post-only, reduce-only, TP/SL, and other options on orders

Click the "Order Settings" dropdown above the buy and sell buttons.

You can also set max and min prices for TWAP and limit chase orders here.

Hedge mode / portfolio margin

Currently hedge mode and portfolio margin are not supported. If you see an error relating to either, you'll need to change your setting on bybit.com.

More exchanges, spot trading

Currently only Bybit USDT perp futures are supported - but we plan to add more.
